When parents have two different addresses, we recommend that they create separate accounts. They can associate themselves with the same child(ren), for the purpose of filling in forms and delivering items through the school.
Separate accounts will allow parents to keep their orders separate.
This means that each parent creates a login and proceeds to the Directory page and enters the same child information. It is important to have the child(ren) listed under both logins.
It helps enormously if both parents use the same child first name. For example, both should use "Charles" or "Charlie".
