If you had a login at lanierPTO.org, but seem unable to log in here,
this may explain why not, and what to do about it.
Short summary, for users who had a login at lanierPTO.org, but can't log in here yet:

You CAN use the old username if it was active prior to July 2009.

You CANNOT automatically use the old password.

Before your first login here, use "Forgotten Password" link (top right)

Log in with the new password.

After you log in, you can change your password to anything you like.
When we migrated users from LanierPTO.org to lanierpto.myschoolvalet.com, we brought over usernames,
phone and address information, email, and student information. We did not bring passwords.
Parents sometimes try to log in here at lanierpto.myschoolvalet.com using the password they
had at LanierPTO.org. When it doesn't work, things get tense.
If this describes your situation, recovery is very simple. Use the Forgotten Password link (left side menu)
to request a new password from lanierpto.myschoolvalet.com. After you receive
the password, log in, and change your password to anything you like. You can even use the same
password as you had before. We'll never know.
